What payment methods do you accept?+

Is my payment information safe?+

Can I change or cancel my order?+
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves to fulfillment and can no longer be modified. Email us at hello@aventozone.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Do you offer discount codes?+
Yes — sign up for our email list to receive a welcome offer and be the first to hear about seasonal sales. Discount codes can be entered at checkout before payment.
Shipping & delivery
How long does shipping take?+
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery then takes 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your package at any time using the link in that email.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I return a product?+
Email us at hello@aventozone.com with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Items should be returned unused and in their original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?+
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. The funds then appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.
Can I exchange an item?+
Yes. The easiest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like. Reach out and we'll guide you through it.
Order issues
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?+
We're sorry to hear that. Email hello@aventozone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
I received the wrong item.+
Please contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send the correct item and cover the cost of returning the wrong one.
My order hasn't arrived.+
First, check the tracking link in your shipping email for the latest status. If your package is significantly delayed or marked delivered but missing, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

How do I care for my AVENTO products?+
Care details are included on each product page and with your item. As a general rule, wipe surfaces with a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. For anything specific, just ask.
Will an out-of-stock item come back?+
Most of our products restock regularly. If something you want is unavailable, email us and we can let you know when it's expected back.

Do I need an account to order?+
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and check out faster next time.
