Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard US delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.

Where we ship

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We are working on expanding to more countries in the future.

Order tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Delays

AVENTO is not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at hello@aventozone.com and we will help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged or missing items

If you received your order damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@aventozone.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
